North Idaho Flood and Fire is owned and operated by Sean Gavin. Sean has experience in the home building industry and has earned a reputation for excellence in customer service as one of the premier custom home builders in North Idaho. Sean not only has a passion for building homes, but in restoring and protecting homes and businesses from flood, fire, and other disasters.
 

Sean is actively involved in the Sandpoint Community. He is a member of the Panhandle Building Contractors Association, the Rotary Club of Ponderay Centennial and the Greater Sandpoint Area Chamber of Commerce.
